If you want to return something, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is on you.

All International orders outside the UK may be subject to tax and handling charges on delivery. We do not pay this, so if any additional fees are required you’ll be contacted by your courier company if you need to pay any VAT, duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods.
